Scotland - Back
Here are some of my images of the colourful marine life to
be seen in Scottish waters. My favourite dive site is the
South Ferry Slip at Kylesku. Entry to the water is easy, there
are interesting car wrecks to see and a seabed that varies
from rock to gravel to sand and then on the seaward side is
a wall extending for 2-300 metres and reaching from 10 metres
down to 34 metres. It is covered in encrusting life. An experienced
diver can enter the water under the road bridge to the west
and then drift on a flooding tide to exit at the ferry slip.

The Summer Isles
This tinyarchipelago lies close to the coast just north of
Ullapool and can be reached by RIB from Ardmair Bay. There
are a number of wrecks to see and some beautiful dive locations.
At present there are no dive charters covering the area.
